Electronic toll collection, with so many benefits for people, society and economy, are rapidly becoming the most common way for vehicle owners to pay for toll when passing through the toll booths.
Catching the technology trend, knowing the determination of the Government and the Ministry of Transportation to accelerate the deployment of automatic toll collection systems for national ways and highways, Viet Vuong has successfully implemented the research and deployment of none-stop toll collection system with two core solutions: toll collection system at stations (Front- End system) using RFID technology and center toll collection system (Back-end) deployed in the data center.

Built on modular architecture, Viet Vuong's toll collection solution includes: core toll collection applications and electronic toll collection ETC and manual toll collection MTC modules that can meet customers’ flexible requirements, ensure fast deployment time, and can take advantage of the existing infrastructure of MTC.
Viet Vuong's electronic toll collection system complies with Decision No. 2255 / QD-BGTVT on common technical requirements for electronic toll collection system using RFID technology in road transport. RFID Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) solution using the 860MHz to 960MHz band for automatic identification of vehicles via the E-tag identifier. The vehicles with E-tag mounted won’t have to wait when passing the toll station. Thus the flow of traffic is kept, time and fuel are saved.
With the mixed architecture of ETC and MTC, Viet Vuong's toll collection solution is suitable with the operating conditions and current status of the toll booths in Vietnam. For vehicles with E-tag which has not enough balance or invalid, or vehicles without E-tag but moving in ETC, the system will automatically switch from none-stop toll collection to one stop toll collection, to ensure smooth operation of the toll collection system.
